Lt Col Kyle M. Johnston is the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) Program Director, 381st Training Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. As the program director her oversees greater than 500 students annually for the largest PA school in the nation. Students enrolled are from all branches for the Department of Defense and Homeland Security, to include Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, and Army.

Lt Col Johnston was a direct accession commissioned in June 2008 through the Health Professions Scholarship Program. He has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Resolute Support, and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
